Two people opening boxes

Since opening our doors on November 11, 2017, we’ve set out to make we make a household name in the world of inclusion, and for people to see our high-quality products, innovations, and employees for what they are: exceptional things, made by exceptional people, in a place that couldn’t be better designed for its purpose.

As a first step in achieving that vision, we ran a pilot program that served as a test-and-learn process to help fashion the perfect combination of work, social engagement, and support for our remarkable workforce. And the results were incredible: we completed more than 100,000 units across 7 different projects thanks to the amazing assistance of the Hopewell Valley Regional School District, work opportunities provided by our corporate partners, and, most importantly, the hard work of an exceptional group of young people.

And we’re thrilled to report that as of June 22, the pilot program came to an end, and the dream of we make becoming a full-scale inclusive employer has been fully realized! What that means, among other things, is that we make is now expanding its efforts in both the number of people we employ and the jobs we perform.

Over the next few months, we’ll have more updates to share, so stay tuned.
