With more than 35 years of accounting and financial leadership roles across numerous companies, Patrick brings to we make a noted ability to scale development stage businesses into mature enterprises.
As CFO of the LMT Mercer Group since 2003, Patrick has worked directly with Tony Lesenskyj to grow his family of companies, with responsibilities that include accounting, finance, corporate administration, legal and contracts, HR and IT functions.
After first putting his economics and accounting degree to work for Iroquois Brands, which owned several specialty food, beverage, and vitamin companies across the U.S. and Europe, Pat migrated to The David Sarnoff Research Center in 1988. Beyond managing the corporate tax department, Pat was part of the team that helped drive the strategy to commercialize innovative technologies through spin-off companies.
Pat left Sarnoff to help launch Sensar, Inc., one of the spin-off companies and a pioneer in biometric technology, raising over $100 million in venture capital. From 2000-2003, Pat served as CFO for Authentidate, Inc., a software company developing digital postmarks and wrappers to transmit information packets securely over the web.
